Inspired by the earth seen from above: coastlines, river deltas and ancient landscapes, each piece is built in layers. Ink and water create the base. Texture paste models the land. Gold dust catches the light. Resin pools in the recesses like water finding its level. 

Rich in colour, complex in texture and alive with depth, these works belong to no single place and yet feel like everywhere at once. They are drawn from the earth and coastlines of a South African childhood, translated into something universal, something felt rather than recognised.
